List of Injuries or Accidents

Be Prepared This Summer and Drive Safely

Be prepared this summer and drive safely.  Shane Smith at the Law Offices of Shane Smith wrote a post advising the same over at Preventing Auto Accidents.

The information provided explains "Tips that will save money on gas and keep you safe on the road".  Since gas prices are averaging $4, then refrain from rapid accelerating and braking.  The article continues suggesting to clean out extra stuff from your car and combine trip utilizing a planned guide.

I suspect the author would also agree to be prepared for unexpected accidents.  In the event of a car accident, victims should have already been prepared with an accident kit including a camera, flashlight, pen, paper, and other obvious items.  More importantly and rarely contemplated, drivers should have already met with their attorney beforehand to obtain a list of what your lawyer suggests one should accomplish directly after a vehicle accident based on the law firm's needs.

Equally as important, drivers should research and have an Auto Accident Physician's Name and Number available.  Surprisingly, not all medical doctors, including primary care physicians and family doctors, treat for these types of pain and injuries.  Plus, the treating physician will demand that the injured patient retain an attorney to guarantee their medical clinic's reimbursement costs.  What else would you add to this list, advise below by commenting.
